  After multiple staff members quitting unexpectedly, my appointment was cancelled. They couldn't get me in until about 3 months after my original scheduled date. The cleaning took almost 2 hours and was very unorganized. The actual dentist didn't even check on anything like usual, it was only a hygienist. In their unorganized mess, they must have misplaced my insurance information. In the past I have only had a co-pay, and now they sent me a large bill. After 3 calls, I finally had my insurance call them directly. I still received another bill in the mail even though I paid what needed to be paid months ago. This is where smaller practices are a much better pick- more attention to detail and organization. These bigger chain companies have a high turnover rate causing a mess in the office. I don't feel comfortable going back and will look to find a new dentist. It's not worth the frustration and amount of time spent on the phone.

  Very friendly staff. Upfront billing. My experience overall has been good at this location. I had 1 bad experience where the office booked me for things too close together and I had to have my wisdom teeth removed over 2 separate days due to their oversight. Still rating 4 starts though because overall the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff still provided me a good experience. I would recommend especially because if the upfront billing and nice staff.
